First of all, some information on the various possibilities of customizing the containers:

Engraving

Only possible in the lid; high-low relief in lid colour, only possible in specified fields. The bins are customised directly in manufacturing by special inserts in the lid tool. At large quantities, this is the lowest-cost version, since costs for the tool inserts arise only once. No costs per print.

Only visible well at short distances, medium print quality, extremely durable (can only be removed by grinding off)

Minimum order quantity: 100 units. The costs for customisation depend on the type-version and quantity. 

Hot print

Hot foiling of a coloured film into the surface of the lid and/or body. Customisation takes place after manufacturing by specially produced stamps. Cost-efficient at high quantities, since only low printing costs per unit arise in addition to the one-time costs for the stamp.

Due to colour variation options and large areas, well visible even at larger distances; medium print quality, very durable.

Minimum order quantity: 200 units. The costs for customisation depend on the type-version and quantity.

Screen printing

Coloured print by screen and film. Customisation takes place after manufacturing, but goods in stock can also be printed. The most cost-efficient version for small quantities, since the costs for the template are low, but the print costs per unit are relatively high.

Well visible at large distances due to colour variation options, very good print quality even in detail; medium durability.

Minimum order quantity: 50 units. The costs for customisation depend on the type-version and quantity.

Coditherm

Coloured print with thermal film. Customisation takes place after manufacturing, but goods in stock can also be printed. Cost-efficient and particularly suitable at special specifications to placement on the bin that cannot be achieved by engraving or hot print.

Very good and detailed print quality, good legibility and very good durability, but no large print (e.g. bin front) possible. Therefore only beneficial for serial numbering, barcodes, etc.

Minimum order quantity: 50 units. The costs for customisation depend on the type-version and quantity.

Spherical base, tyres standard or BigFoot size

  • Robust bin of HDPE (macromolecular low-pressure polyethylene)
