Hazardous material bins for empty or partially empty aerosols

- Admissible as packaging in accordance with packing instruction P207 according to special provisions for packaging PP 87 – the special provisions: 327, 625, 190 and 344 must be observed.

- Ventilation openings in both sides and further openings in the lid permits circulation and ensures good ventilation.
- Optionally, the lid aperture can also consist of a filling rubber flap.
- Nominal volume: approx. 120l (UN-BOXX aero) and 200l (UN-BOXX max aero)
- Recyclable container
- Additionally, the spray can bin can also be used to collect goods in accordance with UN3175 (e.g. of paint cans). However, this is only permitted in connection with a firm, absorbent fabric (e.g. fleece) and tightly closed bags.
- Robust hazardous materials bin of HDPE (macromolecular low-pressure polyethylene)
- Simple locking system permits easy manual opening and closing.
- Easy transport by large, solid rubber wheels.
- The wheels can be replaced quickly, which permits stacking of the bins after cleaning. Optionally particularly stable "BigFootWheels", available for heavy filled material.
- Integrated chip nest for taking up transponder chips facilitates customer-specific evaluation

Certification/quality
UN-BOXXaero and UN-BOXX max aero correspond with standard EN 840. Manufacturing takes place purs. to ISO 9001:2015 and the strict automotive standard IATF 16949:2016. There also is regular quality monitoring by an in-house laboratory and independent test institutes.
